I would say the ear as it isn't easy to hear sub sonic sounds.

your hearing. atthe end of the day unless u are deaf u cant turn ur ears off. but then again i think it could be touch. because ur always touching something and can feel it. even if you are standing in the middle of a room with nothing in reach, u can still feel the floor or your weight on the floor. and unless ur naked u can feel the clothes on ur skin. so i would say touch is the mosy difficult to control.

The eve is the most sensitive senser. That's why it is the only part that has a protector,the eyelid. What you see for more than 15 seconds make a mental image and if not carefully processed the image goes to the sub conscious mind. Things in the sub conscious mind are usually beyound the control of the person who has it. It comes back at unpredictable time and situations and the person is out of his wits to control the reaction.
